If you are currently competing in a Sport and looking to improve your athletic performance then taking your Strength and Conditioning training to the next level will give you the edge.  

 

We take the common physical qualities required in the majority of contact and non-contact sports and design a program to target and progress these.

Speed, Agility, Power, Change Direction Speed, acceleration, decelleration, Core Stability, Core Strength, Balance, Co-ordination, Reaction times, Decision making... Sound like a few attributes your sport requires?

 

The sessions are kept to a maximum of 10 Athletes so the coaches can work closely with each one.  Each Academy Program lasts 60 minutes which will include a thorough warm-up and stretch to finish.
