WHAT TO EXPECT FROM EACH CLASS...

Kick off each session with a lively boxing-themed warm-up, then jump into Pad drills that'll get your heart racing and muscles working.

Don't sweat it if you're new; we'll coach you through the basics to get you up to speed.

After mastering the pads, we dive into boxing-inspired circuits, mixing strength, conditioning, and hitting exercises for a workout that's as fun as it is effective.
