WHAT WE DO IN THE CLASS
The Class consists of skipping, pad work, bag work and conditioning. We do offer separate sparring classes for those that wish to try it out.
Friends coming Free for the week can try out ALL of our classes on the timetable that are relevant to them.
This is a great way to introduce your child into sport and help to educate them on staying fit and Active.
Its also a fantastic way to make new friends and build confidence.
