The program consists of virtual training with coach Dave Rimmer three times a week via our online portal, as well as receiving weekly motivational videos.
Lastly, everyone that signs up for the program will automatically receive our Wimborne Boing Club Healthy Recipe Book.
HOW IT WORKS
On signing up for the program you will gain access to our online membership area. This is where all the virtual training videos will be uploaded to. You will also be able to download your healthy recipe book here as well as, have access to direct message me.
The timetable for the classes look like this
Monday - 6 rounds of virtual pads
Tuesday or Thursday - Motivational tips and tricks
Wednesday - 6 rounds of virtual sparring
Friday - 6 rounds of virtual pads
The first video will be uploaded to the membership site on the 9th of November with the final video being uploaded on the 4th of December.
