Circuit Training is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at separate stations taking on each exercise at your own pace
Circuit training is a brilliant way to get in shape and to condition your body, whether that be to improve performance in your chosen or to get in better shape for everyday life.
Our Circuit sessions are based around Boxing Strength and Conditioning drills which makes them unique and very different from your average gym workout.
Youll be training with like-minded people that will encourage you to push yourself that little bit further.
This classis for 12yrs upwards and ideal for competing boxers as well as those looking to get into better shape.

WHAT WE DO IN THE CLASS
The class consists of various stations that you will work around over the 55 minutes class.
The stations will cover a wide range of drills including strength and conditioning, speed and agility, Fitness, Core strength, balance and lots more.
 
Its an ideal class for everyone, from competing boxers to keep fitters.   
DAYS - Monday / Wednesday
Time - 1900-2000hrs
Price - £6 a Class / £30 a month
