About the Event
One the most effective and fun ways to train for Fitness, Fat Loss and Body Confidence..
You can expect to drop a ton of ugly fat whilst toning up and getting exceptionally fitter and leaner over the 4 weeks..
The classes will put you through your paces with fitness and conditioning drills including pad work, bag work and resistance exercises..
Dont think for a second you need any previous boxing experience, these non contact classes are purely about getting you results through hitting and not being hit sessions.
You will also start to learn the basics behind boxing too..
Each session is taken by Dave Rimmer who is a Personal Trainer, Advanced Fitness Instructor and a Registered England Boxing Coach..
Day : Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time : 0630-0715hrs
Venue: Wimborne Boxing Club, Wimborne, BH21 1LQ
Equipment Required : Please bring a water bottle with you. Footwear should be either Boxing boots or Plimsol shoes however most do it in their socks / barefoot. No outdoor shoes or running trainers will be allowed on the mats.
