About the Event
The Boxing Awards programme is an ideal start in boxing for girls at the beginning of their journey.
The Preliminary Award teaches stance, guard, torso movement, footwork, straight punches and self-defence. It incorporates technique and partner work, shadow boxing, skipping and boxing drills.
The course will run over 3 Saturdays with each workshop being 2 hours, starting on the 25th May.
You will get a workbook to follow and on successful completion of the course will be awarded a medal and certificate.
This is the perfect introduction not boxing for any girl aged 8-13yrs with an interest in the sport.
