WHAT WE DO IN THE CLASS
The Class consists of skipping, pad work, bag work and conditioning. We do offer separate sparring classes for those that wish to try it out.
Those that get themselves a 2 Week Pass will be able to attend EVERY class on the timetable
This is a great way to to start you're Boxing Journey and begin to learn the fundamentals
