Female program and over the years have helped hundreds of girls get more active and to find fun in sport.

 

These classes really do adopt a fun atmosphere where the girls are actively encouraged to ask questions and to come up with different ways to adapt activities to make them more athlete led.

 

We only offer the Girl Academy Memberships to females meaning the class sizes are kept very small. This allows us to work more closely with our members which helps us to develop them faster.

 

We promise first-class coaching where we also cover strength and conditioning for Youths.

I love being part of our boxing squad. It was the best decision I ever made to take up this sport. I have made new friends for life and we are one big family. It has helped massively with my confidence and fitness and I love inspiring others. Being a part of our squad feels special, we are all in it together and support each other loads.

Boxing at Wimborne Pro-Am boxing club has given me so much, I have made what I call a second family, I have grown in confidence something I have found difficult, I’m treated as a boxer not a girl every one at the gym is treated the same something I really like, also it has given me great disciplines.

I love being part of the girls in gloves because all the girls are really nice and motivating to each other and we are really good friends and Dave the best coach ever has helped grow my confidence by training me really hard and making it fun while we train together.

It's great to be involved in the girls programme and be able to box with other females with the same goal. With being at other clubs before, with no females it's a totally different atmosphere and alot more enjoyable to train. This also helps with confidence and improves social skills outside of school whilst staying fit and healthy.
