Our Female program, over the years, has helped hundreds of girls get more active, meet new friends and enjoy participating in sport.
Our classes adopt a fun atmosphere, that helps the girls learn the sport of boxing whilst increasing their confidence, self belief and even social skills
The classes are a mix of Pad Work, Technical and fitness drills and strength and conditioning.
For those girls that would like to try some contact work, we can also offer this in a safe and controlled environment.
