How It Works

Step 1: Book and Pay Online

At our Open Gym, we prioritise your convenience and safety. That's why all sessions must be booked and paid for online – no walk-ins allowed. This ensures that we can manage the number of people in the gym at any time and maintain a high-quality experience for everyone.

Step 2: Confirm Your Session

Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation of your 90-minute session. Our sessions are designed to be time-efficient, allowing you to get the most out of your gym experience.

Step 3: Explore the Gym

Upon arrival, you'll find a wide range of equipment at your disposal. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, our variety of kit caters to all fitness levels.

Important Rules to Note

  • No Sparring Without Supervision: For your safety, sparring is only allowed under the supervision of one of our certified coaches.

  • First-Time Visitors: If it's your first time with us, you'll need to complete a waiver form sent to you via email. This is a one-time requirement – once you've filled it out, you're all set for future visits.
