Boxing is not a sport you can 'Just Pick Up' so we created a class that focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the sport through Non Contact drills.
Not only will you learn the basic techniques of the sport, but you'll be put through your paces with circuits and bag work to make sure you're as fit as top competing boxers.
These sessions are ideal for Novice boxers and Fitness Enthusiasts from 14yrs Upwards and will give you a real understanding and strong foundation of the skills.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM EACH CLASS...
Each session will start with boxing themed warm up before moving onto Pad drills to really get that heart pumping and body working. We will offer some coaching at this stage to really help you begin to learn the fundamentals.
Once the technical side is complete, the class then moves into the Boxing inspired Circuits using a variety of S+C and Hitting equipment
A packed class that's loads of fun.
