To go to places you’ve never gone, you’ll need to do things you’ve never done.
To get ahead of the game, the top athletes will all have a Strength and Conditioning (S+C) coach who will be analysing their movement patterns, their strengths, and any imbalances so they can design an Athlete Led program based around the specific sport.
Although we specialise in Boxing we can put together various sports-specific programs.

HOW IT WORKS
Training is a challenge. Tracking your progress shouldn’t be. We’ll take the algebra out of analysis and the guesswork out of your gym game.
After receiving back your questionnaire we will start to put your online program together based on the equipment you have said is available and your end goal.
We set the programs up in A 12week block over 2 training phases and include mobility and stability Homework sessions as well.
Once written we will upload to your program and detail reps/time/distance etc as well as supplying video demos.
You will have email and phone access to us should you need to discuss anything and we can follow your program's progress as you complete it.
